Customer Service Representative
Job Status: Full Time
Experience: Entry Level – 2 years
DFH Network Inc., provider of Turkish satellite TV channels in North America, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Santa Ana, CA Office.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Entry level or 2 years of prior customer service experience.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good command in Microsoft Office products specifically Word & Excel
- Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and certain holidays at all required shifts.
- Bilingual. Proficiency in Turkish is required.
Job Description:
- Answer incoming phones to respond to orders, general customer inquires, invoice questions, and customer complaints and initiate outgoing calls for further business development for DFH Network’s global services and products.
- Project a professional company image and reflect DFH Network Customer Service culture through phone interaction.
- Accurately and timely complete call logs and reports.
- Identify research, resolve and report customer issues and customer complaints using the computer system. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
- Review and follow-up on customer inquires that are not immediately resolved via follow up call notes or personal notes.
- Research billing issues provide appropriate solutions and/or report to appropriate personnel and Customer Service Manager any unresolved issues.
- Collect outstanding invoices and make appropriate outgoing collection calls when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Broadcast Operator
Job Title: Broadcast Operator
Division / Department: Broadcasting Department
DFH Network Inc., provider of Turkish satellite TV channels in North America, has an immediate opening for a Broadcast Operator in Santa Ana, CA Office.
This is an entry level opportunity, training will be provided. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitors broadcast equipment performance, provide feedback for process improvement and performs maintenance tasks
• Operate broadcasting equipment to transmit, monitor, record and edit radio and television programs.
• Act as the primary contact person for broadcast material between production and broadcast operations.
• Track all digital assets for broadcast delivery.
• Promote efficient communication and good working relationships.
• Other duties as assigned by the broadcast room supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to multi-task to ensure that quality materials get out the door under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; good team member.
• Detail oriented, critical thinker and fast learner
• Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic computer skills for both Mac and PC
• Must be able to perform with minimal supervision
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and nights.
• Bilingual (English -Turkish).
• Due to the nature of the operations applicants are required to speak, write and understand Turkish.
