Kids
Club is a privilege reserved exclusively
for OCTAA members to bring together
the Turkish-American children of Orange County, California.
The goals of this club are
to ensure that our children:
- Get
to know other Turkish-American kids living around them,
- Grow up with other friends with similar
heritage and background,
- Practice the Turkish language,
- Learn about the Turkish culture,
- Learn early in their lives to take
part in the Turkish-American community, and
- Enjoy spending time together with
other children.
OCTAA Kids Club will be organizing events for various age
groups: 2yrs-4yrs, 5yrs-8yrs, 9yrs-11yrs and 12yrs-14yrs.
Planned activities will
include:
- park
days
- picnics,
- guided field
trips,
- home playgroups,
- pool days,
- amusement park
outings,
- sport activities,
- dance classes,
- children’s
movie events,
- music classes,
etc.
