Commemoration Ceremonies
This year, we remembered Atatürk with deep love, gratitude, and longing through heartfelt ceremonies:
November 9th — The emotional ceremony organized by Orange County Turkish School touched all our hearts. Our children offered flowers to Atatürk and shared their heartfelt thoughts, even while living oceans away from their homeland. Parents joining in with a surprise song moved everyone to tears.
November 10th — At the meaningful commemoration led by Consul General Menekşe Onuk, we listened with pride and emotion to the heartfelt speeches of the AKM Youth students about Atatürk.
Atatürk's vision continues to guide and inspire us today.
🕯️ We remember him with gratitude and respect.
